Global Service Project Manager (m/f/d) Global Service Project Manager (m/f/d) Europe, EU SpotLIGHT of the job You take ownership of complex lighting service projects, from signed contract to fully commissioned installation. You steer electrical planning, coordinate subcontractors on site, manage risks, and keep budget, timeline, and quality on track. This role is hands-on: you’re the person who makes sure our lights actually turn on - correctly, safely, and profitably, while aligning customers, engineers, and installers across the entire project lifecycle. Responsibilities Lead end-to-end execution of lighting service projects, from order to final customer acceptance  Coordinate electrical planning, installation, electrification, and commissioning activities  Act as central interface between customers, subcontractors, and internal departments  Drive project schedule, milestones, and documentation to ensure smooth delivery  Monitor budget and cost development; implement corrective actions when needed  Identify opportunities with know-how on change management to generate additional revenue  Manage subcontractor selection, coordination, and performance  Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and technical standards throughout execution  Support bid teams during offer process with expertise in service knowledge Skills & Experience We encourage you to apply even if you do not meet all the requirements.  Your motivation and potential matter more than perfection. Degree in Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or certified Project Manager (IPMA/PMI), or comparable background Experience managing projects in electrical installation, lighting, or construction environments Strong understanding of electrical systems, site execution, and commissioning processes Confident coordinating multiple stakeholders and making decisions on site Structured, self-reliant working style with high ownership for results Proficiency in MS Office, experience with ERP/CRM systems is beneficial Fluent in English (German or additional European languages are a plus) and the willingness to travel for project execution (~ 25%) What matters to us We understand not only the power of the visible, but also the invisible.
